Will I deal with English speaking staff?

Our staff in the US, China, India and Vientnam speak and write in English to help simplify the process of importing globally.
How long does it take products to arrive to the US?

Lead times vary for different products, but we will confirm time-frames during the order. After the product is sourced or manufactured, it still needs to be shipped and the containers can be on the water for 20-30 days or longer. Time-frames for development and shipping are estimates and depends on the country of origin.
Who do I call if there is an issue?
